BYKJET-9131

BYKJET 9131 is a high molecular weight wetting and dispersing additive recommended for all pigments. BYKJET 9131 improves pigment wetting and dispersion stability. It reduces viscosity and prevents thixotropy. Long-term stability without viscosity change is achieved. BYKJET 9131 also generates a uniform electrical charge across the pigment particles, thereby preventing possible co-flocculation. The excellent deflocculation causes a very small particle size and narrow distribution, achieving short filtration times. BYKJET 9131 stabilizes pigments commonly used in solvent-borne systems. It provides benefits such as enhanced color strength, gloss, reduced haze and improved transparency. Optimal dispersion leads to superior aesthetic qualities and performance of coatings.
