BELSIL DM 12500

BELSIL DM 12500 is a linear, non-reactive, unmodified polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of 12500 mm2/s. It is characterized by low surface tension and a high spreading coefficient. Due to its flexible polymer backbone, BELSIL DM 12500 has high permeability to gases like water vapor and oxygen, allowing skin respiration. BELSIL DM 12500 is used in a highly varied range of applications. It provides a hydrophobic, protective, yet breathable barrier and imparts softness and emolliency.
