BYK-3155

BYK 3155 is a silicone-free polymer-based air release additive for PVC plastisols. As an all-purpose standard additive, BYK 3155 effectively releases air from PVC plastisols. It is recommended for use in unfilled and filled plastisols as well as foamed plastisols. BYK 3155 prevents the formation of foam and bubbles during production and application when mixed with the plasticizer during plastisol production. BYK 3155 allows for improved workability and application of finished products by releasing entrapped air. Its air release properties help ensure finished materials have a smooth, even surface suitable for their intended end use.
