BYK-MAX P 4101

BYK-MAX P 4101 is a combined processing additive based on a fatty acid ester for use in polyolefins to optimize process control such as viscosity, torque and throughput. BYK-MAX P 4101 adsorbs on the surface of the filler and therefore brings about optimum process parameters, e.g. viscosity, torque build-up and throughput. It improves the mechanical properties such as tensile strength, E-modulus, HDT and Charpy impact strength in the finished part by the formation of physical bonds between the filler particles and the polymer matrix. BYK-MAX P 4101 is especially suitable for filled thermoplastic compounds used in the Advanced Materials industry as it enhances properties and optimizes production processes.
